The SMARTCHAIN project just made available the first round of National Workshops on Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs). Presentations can be accessed as a guest on the ISEKI Moodle site. Click “SMARTCHAIN” and then “Innovation and Solution-based Multi-actor Workshops”.
Workshops were developed in 9 European countries (France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland). Presentations are available in English and in each country’s native language on:
- Inventory of the technological and non-technological needs and innovations;
- Social innovation;
- Food-related consumer behaviour;
- Integrative sustainability assessment;
- Innovation Platform & communication
- Business and policy recommendations.
A second workshop, open to all stakeholders involved or interested in SFSCs (e.g. farmers, food producers, policymakers, etc.), will be held in each country between April and June 2021. information will soon be available on the project website (news & events section) and all SMARTCHAIN social media (Twitter and LinkedIn).
