The website of the H2020 CO-FRESH project has just been launched!
The project website brings together general information about the project (e.g. concept, methodology, consortium, Pilot cases, etc.), the latest news and events, links to external resources and social media (Twitter; @COFRESH_H2020), as well as, in the near future, a LinkedIn account and a YouTube channel. It will ensure the highest extent of accessibility for all type of relevant stakeholders.
Additionally, the CO-FRESH project will use the existing SMARTCHAIN Innovation Platform as a virtual repository for the dissemination of its results and findings. Other H2020 projects (RUR-06 projects: FAIRCHAIN & PLOUTOS, and RUR-07 projects: LOWINFOOD & FOODRUS) will commonly join the Innovation Platform as well.
About the project
Starting from current best practices and key success factors of innovative value chains, and the state of the art in technological and non-technological approaches, the main objective of CO-FRESH is to (re)design and pilot innovative systemic approaches to agri-food value chains to scale up this innovation at the European level. These innovative approaches will improve the economic, social and environmental performance/efficiency of these value chains, through smart integration of technological, social, organisational, managerial and institutional innovations; all of which serve to make them more sustainable.
