If the responsible body for the data processing that occurs via this website has their basis outside of the European Economic area and Switzerland, then the associated Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. will hereinafter be referred to as “Google”.
Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files saved on the site visitor’s computer, to help the website analyze their use of the site. The information generated by the cookie (including the truncated IP address) about the use of the website will normally be transmitted to and stored by Google.
Google Analytics is used exclusively with the extension “_anonymizeIp ()” on this website. The legitimate interest in data processing lies in the optimization of this website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content. The interests of the users are adequately protected by the pseudonymization of their data.
Google LLC. has certified their compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and on that basis they provides a guarantee to comply with European data protection law. The data sent and linked to the Google Analytics cookies, e.g. user IDs or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is done automatically once a month.

Google Maps
On our website, we use Google Maps (API) by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Maps is a web service to depict interactive maps to visually display geographic information. For example, using this service our location can be shown to you, making it easier to reach us. When calling up the pages on which the Google Maps map is imbedded, information about your use of our website (e.g. your IP address) is transferred to and saved by the Google server in the USA. This is done regardless of whether Google provides a user account in which you are logged in or whether you do not have a user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data is assigned directly to your account. If you do not want this information to be assigned to your profile by google, then you will need to log out of your Google user account. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as a user profile and analyzes it. This analysis is done in particular based on Art. 6(1) let. f) EU-GDPR based on Google’s legitimate interests for showing personalized advertising, market research, and/or a needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of this user profile, although you will need to voice your objection to Google. Google LLC with its headquarters in the USA is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” that ensures the data protection level required for the EU is upheld. If you object to your data being transferred to Google in the future for the use of Google Maps, then it is possible to completely deactivate Google Maps’ services by turning off the application JavaScript in your browser. Google Maps and the maps shown on this website can then not be used.
