H2020 RUBIZMO project is organising in May a Café Talk Cycle about new business models in agriculture. This time also great ideas of two other European Research projects SMARTCHAIN and RURITAGE will be presented. From SMARTCHAIN, Marieke Laméris (NBC) and Katia De Luca (Legacoop) will present the results and findings of the project regarding new business models in Short Food Supply Chains. And another long VIRTUAL VISIT will bring you close to two sites of rural entrepreneurship:
- Wanczykowska in Poland is a certified ecological agritourism farm that deals with animal husbandry and plant production. Their main income is their cheese factory.
- Glenkeen Sheep Farm in Ireland is a family run farm which opened up to tourists.
Each session starts with 15min presentation followed by 15min Q&A.
