SMARTCHAIN project has developed two inventories regarding SFSCs: (1) an inventory of 50+ successful SFSC initiatives throughout Europe, and (2) a database of 130+ innovations in SFSCs including photos, descriptions, and instruction for use of the innovations. Both inventories are available in the SMARTCHAIN Innovation Platform (https://www.smartchain-platform.eu/en/inventories-intro) for all SFSC stakeholders (e.g. consumers, farmers & cooperatives, large/SME industry & retail, policy makers, technology providers).
